Refund policy
Introduction
Thank you for shopping with Sip-sessed Customs! I take pride in creating custom products that reflect your unique style and personality. Please read this return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.
Custom Orders
Due to the personalized nature of my custom cups and products, all sales are final. I do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an item has been personalized. If you place an order and do not email or join the live session within 5 days, I reserve the right to create your cup based on your order notes and ship it as-is. No refunds will be issued after 48 hours of placing your order. Depending on the length of my lineup, you may be waiting 5-7 days before it is your turn to make your custom cup. I post a live lineup so you can see where you are in the queue and plan accordingly to join when your cup is made. Transparency is very important to me, and I want you to feel confident in the process.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, you will need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier (USPS or UPS). All shipments include insurance, and the carrier is responsible for reimbursing damages that occur during transit. To file a claim, visit https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm for USPS or https://www.ups.com/claims for UPS. Please keep all packaging and the damaged item until the claim is fully processed, as the carrier may request an inspection. Clear photos of the item and packaging will be required. Shipping Insurance
All orders include shipping insurance. If damage occurs during transit, please follow the claim instructions above to receive reimbursement directly from the carrier. However, if your cup was received in good condition and later becomes damaged, I am unable to offer a replacement or refund for any damage that occurs after delivery.
Order Issues
If there is an issue with your order, such as an incorrect or missing item, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery. I will do my best to resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Custom Products
For non-custom (standard) products, returns are accepted within 6 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and a 60% restocking fee will apply. Most products are verified live before shipment, so please inspect your order upon arrival.
Chargebacks
If a chargeback is filed without contacting me first, I will cancel any unfulfilled orders and not accept any future purchases. I am always willing to make things right, but communication is key — please reach out so we can resolve any issues together.
